2013 Marshmallow Man Triathlon:
- The Marshmallow Man sprint triathlon is designed for the frequent marathoner, to the newbie, athletes!
- The course will take you through the picturesque Lakes Region in downtown Laconia.
- The atmosphere will be festive with cheering volunteers, childrens activities, music and delicious food.
- The community is coming together to offer a quality event for athletes and their families while raising much needed funds for children affected by abuse in our community.
Course Information:
- The Marshmallow Man is a triathlon designed for all kinds of athletes--from the frequent marathon runner to those of us with little extra fluff on our buns. ;)/
- It involves a 0.3 mile swim, followed by a 14 mile bike, and ends with a 5k run.
- The course will take you through the picturesque Lakes Region in downtown Laconia.
- An individual can compete in all three portions, or the parts can be split up among a team.
