2009-2010 Chilly Cheeks Duathlon Series:
The third event in the 2009-2010 Chilly Cheeks Winter Duathlon Series.
This low key series offers three run-bike events at Denvers Cherry Creek State Park during the winter months.
Each event features a different formt, eovering approximately 4 miles of running and 10 miles of biking.
The February event start with a 10 mile paved bike ride, followed by a 4 mile run.
Road and Fat Tire divisions are offered.
NEW EVENT FOR 2010!! The Chilly Cheeks Run follows the same fun run course as the Chilly Cheeks Duathlon, covering a mix of road, paved bike path and well maintained dirt trails.
This is a no-frills event - we do not do awards or t-shirts but do offer post race food and raffles.

From I-25 Take Exit 199 (Belleview) and turn East on Belleview.
Drive approximately 1.5 miles to Dayton (there is a stoplight).
Turn left on Dayton and drive approximately 0.5 miles.
The park entrance will be on your right.

Series Point Standings
Points will be awarded in two divisions: open and fat tire with 3 age categories for men and women in each division: 39& Under, 40-49 and 50+.
Your series age will be based on your age on January 1, 2009. You cannot switch series categories once the series begins.
