Join us for the OSU Ross Kickstand Youth Triathlon & Duathlon on
Saturday, June 1! This safe, fun event will once again take place in
beautiful Alum Creek State Park in Lewis Center, OH, and will include
closed courses for kids 2 to 12 years old.
The youth triathlon and duathlon is part of the OSU Ross Heart Hospital
Tri Fit Challenge series to promote awareness of the prevention of heart
disease through proper nutrition and heart-healthy lifestyle and
activities.

Age-based distances are as follows:
Duathlon
Ages 2-3: 25 yd run + 50 yard bike + 25 yard run
Ages 4-5: 50 yard run + 100 yard bike + 50 yard run
Triathlon
Ages 6-8: 75 yard swim + 1 mile bike + .50 mile run
Ages 9-10: 150 yard swim + 2 mile bike + .75 mile run
Ages 11-12: 250 yard swim+3 mile bike+1 mile run
