2013 Hawk Island Triathlon:

This beginner-friendly multi-sport event is designed to welcome and support people of all ages, sizes, and abilities as they venture into the world of triathlon.

It's also a great warm-up race for seasoned athletes gearing up for the summer triathlon season.

We are proud to be recognized as the first green race of any kind in the state of Michigan, certified by the national Council for Responsible Sport (www.councilforresponsiblesport.org ).

Swim 400 meters

Counterclockwise from north beach to south beach.

Single-circuit loop course on smooth, paved roads through beautiful South Lansing and Michigan State University Farms.

Scenic paved path on South Lansing's award-winning river trail.
