Course Information:



Swim
  • 1.2 mile swim.
  • Buoys every 100 meters.
  • Wetsuit swim (78 deg.or below).
  • Wave starts every 5 minutes.
  • Wetsuit strippers available.

    Bike
  • 56.3 Mile single loop course.
  • Four water handups, strategically placed. All intersections manned by police.
  • Flaggers at all turns. Motorcycle escort on lead cyclist.
  • Sag support & radio communications.

    Run
  • Run Course is "out-and-back" with aid stations located at each mile marker.
  • Course is mostly shaded.
  • Smooth road surface with plenty of rollers.
