2013 NWO 5k & Pump n Go:
We have 2 distinct events. Traditional 5k on a certified route winds through a beautiful neighborhood begins at 9am.
We have indoor staging area for before and after. We also have a combination bench press and 5k.
Each legal rep based on age, sex and weight results in a 30sec reduction in your subsequent 5k time.
The bench begins at 7am with 5k at 9am.
All proceeds are donated to the charities of Freedom is Not Free and local athletic booster clubs.
