2013 Cooper Sprint Triathlon - Fall:

  • Cooper Sprint Triathlon is sponsored by Richardson Bike Mart.
  • This is a sprint triathlon with a 350 meter sepentine swim in our 50 meter outdoor olympic pool (temperature controlled), 12 mile bike and 5 km run.

  • Awards will be given to Overall Male & Female, Overal Masters Male & Female, top three in each category for age group and Athens/Clydesdale, and top three relays
  • There also will be awards after this race for winners of the triathlon series overall for the March 23, July 20th and September 14th races.

  • Technical t-shirt and post-race breakfast will be provided for all participants.

    • Course Information:


    Sprint Triathlon:

  • 350 meter Pool Swim in 50 meter olympic pool. (pool heated in cool weather and aerated in hot weather to stay around 80 degrees)
  • 12 mile Bike Course. Two loop course.
  • 5 km run in neighborhoods around Cooper Fitness Center finishing on a track surface.
