2010 San Francisco Sprint Distance Triathlon (0.5k swim, 20k bike and 5k run)
Sunday:
The Sprint Distance Triathlon course provides all the challenges and rewards of Treasure International Distance, designed for quick racing.
The Olympic Distance Race will be held on Saturday

Course Info:

The Swim Course will again be in the bay in the harbor area.
The Bike Course will begin at the transition area on the north side of the harbor and be a technical course on the streets of Treasure Island. It will not utilize Yerba Buena Island or the Avenue of the Palms on Treasure Island to allow for resident traffic. The bike course will be three loops.
The Run Course will begin at the transition area and proceed in a counter clockwise direction along California Boulevard and Avenue N (2 loops).

Directions:

The San Francisco Triathlon will take place on Treasure Island just off the Bay Bridge on I80 between Oakland and San Francisco.
The Staging Area and Finish Line will be on Treasure Island on California St between Avenue C and Avenue F.
- - - From the Bay Bridge (I80)
Take the the Treasure Island Exit and proceed down to the Treasure Island.
Turn right on Ninth Street.
Turn right on Avenue M. (Follow Triathletes, Spectator, and Volunteer Parking signs).
- - - Staging Area
The staging area will host entertainment, food, triathlon vendors and more throughout the day.
Everyone is encouraged to stay for the Elite race on Saturday.

Participants and spectators will park in parking lot on the north end of the island between 11th and 13th street.
The parking lot is accessible throughout the races and vehicles may come and go anytime during the day.
