2009 Infinitive Triathlon in the Broadlands:
We are happy to announce the 3rd annual Infinitive Sprint Tri at Broadlands on June 6, 2010!
The tri starts at the Broadlands Southern Walk pool with a snake swim, then heads out onto Claiborne Parkway for the bike and finishes on the scenic Broadlands trails for a 5k run.
This is a great first timers event and a fun, challenging course for those with more experience.
We also offer relays for participants who want to compete the 3 legs as a two or three person team!
We are proud to partner with our premier sponsors Infinitive and Lifetime Fitness to put on this great event.

Course Information:
Pool Swim:
400 meter snake swim in a 50 meter pool.
Swimmers will be divided into two groups each having 4 lanes of the pool.
Participants will start in 15-20 second intervals.
Passing is allowed at the wall only.
Bike Course:
The bike course starts and ends at Village Drive and Claiborne Parkway.
Participants will complete the 6 mile loop two times before heading into the transition area.
Police are on-site to manage/direct traffic flow.
Volunteers are on course to ensure bikers know the course.
Run Course:
The 5k run course is an out and back on the scenic trails throughout the Broadlands Community.
The course is mostly flat with some rolling hills.
