March 2010 Together We Tri Indoor Triathlon:
Join us for our 3rd indoor triathlon, hosted at the Park Center Health and Fitness facility in Glenview.
The triathlon is a 10-minute swim, 10-minute transition, a 20-minute bike, 5-minute transition, and finishing with a 15-minute run.
Everyone will receive an event running shirt and goody bag for participating.
Time per athlete: One hour (10 swim, 10 T1, 20 bike, 5 T2, 15run)
Start time: 7AM
Signup cost: $35 for Park Center members and TWT Alum, $45 for other participants
