2013 Sand-Sational 8k Beach Run - Semper Fit Grand Prix Series 2013:
Come join us at Onslow Beach for the fifth "Sand-Sational" Run the Beach 8k.
This course at Onslow Beach includes sand , dirt road and pavement.
Teams are encouraged: each team member must submit an individual registration.
Post race food, refreshments and music.
Register by noon June 14th to guarantee T shirt size.
Entry fees non-refundable.
Course Information:
The race course is at Onslow Beach and includes sand, dirt road and pavement.
Sand portions may include some areas where your feet may get wet depending on the tide.
Directions:
Directions from Main Gate:
Main gate to Sneads Ferry Road.
Follow to Beach Road.
Make a left on Beach Road.
Enlisted Pavilion will be on the right as you cross the bridge.
