COURSE
- 4 Mile Run: Out and back - - some short grades
- 17.5 Mile Bike: Beginning is same as run coirse, then pick up challenging rolling hills (no mountains). Out and back, then around Lake Stonycreek
DIVISIONS
- Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. (some age groups may be split in two if number of entries warrants)
- Teams: Female, Male, Mixed - 29 and under, or 30 and over
AWARDS
- Overall: First Place male and female.
- Age Group: Top 3 male and female.
- Teams: Top 3 female, male, mixed - 29 and under, or 30 and over
REGISTRATION
- Cost Individual: $20
- Cost Team: $15 per team member.
- Race Day Registration: Shanksville-Stonycreek High School, Shanksville, PA
- T-shirts: Only pre-registered entries (by May 4) will be guaranteed a t-shirt
