COURSE
Swim: Swim 1000 yards or 40 lengths in the swimming pool at SARC. There will be one person per lane.
Bike: Bike 19 miles through the Sequim-Dungeness Valley following the Dungeness Scenic Loop. No support will be available/allowed to racers in the case of mechanical problems while on the course. A map of the course will be available at race registration. From SARC, turn right on 5th, left to Hendrickson, left to Priest, right to Hwy 101, right to Carlsborg Rd, left to Old Olympic Hwy, right to Kitchen Dick, curve right to Lotzgesell, left to Cays, right to E. Anderson, which becomes Sequim-Dungeness then becomes Sequim Ave, right to Fir, and right to 5th Ave and SARC.
Run: Run 3.1 miles from SARC. A map will be available at race registration.
From SARC, right to 5th Ave, right to Old Olympic Hwy, right to Sequim Ave, right to Cedar, right to 5th Ave and SARC.

Cost Individual: $27.50 by May 15, ($32.50 after)
Cost Team: $71.50 by May 15, ($86.50 after)
Race Day Registration: Only if there is still space available

Race Limit: 72 applicants. First come first serve.

Assistant: Each individual must provide an assistant to count laps, and watch bikes.
Heidi Hagelstein: This is the 6th annual Heidi Hagelstein Triathlon. Heidi was a wife, mother, and strong advocate and participant in athletic events. Heidi demanded the best of herself in competition, and also encouraged others to do the same for themselves. We will all remember the enjoyment Heidi experienced from being involved in athletics. We hope this memory will encourage you to do your best and enjoy yourself.
