SWIM: Distances range from 20 to 75 yards depending on the age group
BIKE: All groups (except 5 and under) will do a 1.2 mile bike loop
5 and under will bike 2 laps around parking lot
ANSI approved bike helmets REQUIRED!
RUN:The race will finish for all groups (except 5 and under) with a 4/5 mile run
5 and under will run 1 lap around the parking lot
In order to be considered for placement in the triathlon, each contestant must finish each part of the race without assistance
