    SWIM:

  • ¾ mile swim from Carry Beach (Lake Winnipesaukee)
  • The swim will start in one minute waves
  • Follow a buoy line out and back
  • Swim Caps (Provided) are required
  • Goggles are recommended
  • NO WET SUITS ALLOWED!

     

    BIKE:

  • 15 mile hilly bike course
  • Starts and ends at the beach
  • ROADS ARE NOT CLOSED!
  • ANSI approved bike helmets REQUIRED!

     

    RUN:

  • Run 3.7 miles
  • Uphill Start
