A beautiful mountain lake awaits you for the swim with a 750 meter swim course that the International athletes will do twice and the Sprint athletes will do once. The bike is rolling on great road surfaces. The run course is a 5K loop with 1.5 miles on a well maintained trail and the other 1.5 on pavement.
