From The Race Director: This is to announce we’re bringing back the Striders Duathlon to it’s same location at Middle Concho Park on Saturday, April 21 2007. Conditions in the DFW area make such a race much better suited to the “wide open spaces” of West Texas. I welcome your input on this but I have contacted a number of you and there seems to be great support for this. So unless I hear differently, I consider it a go! The sanction has been submitted and this event will also be a qualifier for the World Duathlon Championships to be held in Richmond VA Oct 2007. I appreciate all the support and hope we can rebuild this event back to it’s former premiere status.
