- Only one mountain bike will be needed for each team, but both riders will be expected to use it.
- There will be a 2 hour time limit to this years race.
- Teams will reach as many checkpoints as possible, returning before the 2 hour time limit is up.
- The team which finds the most checkpoints, the quickest wins. The checkpoints are hidden pretty well and you will need to use the clues on the map to find them. For example during last years race, racers had to get a band (womens hair pony tail holder) at each checkpoint. Checkpoints were 3-D animal figures (archery targets) for deer, racoon, turkey, fox, ect hidden in the landscape. They had a rope with a clip with the bands around their necks for necklaces. Find the animal, take your band, put it on your wrist, and head out!!!
- There are male, female and coed team divisions.
- Division winners recieve champion t-shirts.
- All racers are eligible for door prizes from $600 provided by local sponsors.
- Entry fee money will be donated to a local childrens youth program.
