- Course Info: This race will pit teams of 2, 3 or 4 members against each other in our newest race location! Chicot State Park is a great park with tough mountain bike trails and an awesome paddle!
- Approximate Distance of this race is 50 miles, which most teams will finish in 10-12 hours.
- Our Transition Area has great camping spots with electricity and a grill at each! We will use camping area "C" at the South Landing. We have reserved sites 61-83 and will fill in teams on a first come first served basis. Our main TA pavillion is next to site 74.

Louisiana: Opelousas Rotary Sunrise Duathlon
- Run 2 miles, Bike 16 miles, Run 2 miles
- Start Time: 8:00am
- Location: Opelousas General Hospital on Prudhomme Lane
- Course Info: The duathlon will start and finish at the Opelousas General Hospital Medical Complex and consist of a 2 mile run, followed by a 16 mile bike and finish with another 2 mile run. The first 2 mile run will meander through scenic Indian Hills Subdivision. The bike route will take you down Prudhomme Lane to the I-49 Service Road going North. The participants will then make two loops around I-49 and head back toward the transition area. The second 2 mile run will follow the same route as the first 2 mile run.
- More: Welcome to the tenth annual Opelousas Rotary Sunrise Duathlon. We are again (for six consecutive years!) the Louisiana State Championship race for Duathlons. The design of the course is perfect for the state championship to be determined as it is palatable for the beginner duathlete but yet challenging for even the more seasoned veteran duathletes. So on March 19 come to historic Opelousas and join us for a day of great duathlon racing.
- Directions To Race: From I-10 go north on I-49 to Opelousas. Exit onto Hwy. 190 East (Baton Rouge exit) and drive about 1/2 mile to the small overpass. Travel over the overpass and take an immediate right to circle under Hwy. 190. Then take first left. Race site (Opelousas General Hospital) is about 1.5 miles on the right.

- Rolling bike route on great pavement, with two 4-mile out & back sections with several bigass hills. Challenging, but not as challenging as the...
- Run: Approx. 50% on road, 50% off road, the off road sections feature large and steep hills, and such things call "The Pit of Despair". Don't let the name fool you, it's an extremely non-"flat & fast" course.
- Directions To Race: Approx. 12 miles west of Many, La. From Hwy 6, take Hwy 191 south 3+miles, turn right at the Cypress Bend sign, continue to Cypress Bend Parkway. Maps and driving directions are posted on the holytoledotri.com web site.

Gatorman XTerra Triathlon

- Course Info: The Grand Daddy of all Off-Road Triathlons. This event is the Oldest Xterra here on the main land of North America. Running since 1997!
- Swim: The Swim has a beach start. The course is a skewed Triangle with the buoys being on your left. This is a small lake you will be within 50 yards of shore most of the time during the swim. The exit is on a beach with roughly a 50 yard run to transition. The Same Swim area will be used for both the Off Road and On Road Triathlons. 800 yard swim for the Xterra and 500Yards swim for Sprint Road Tri. Expected water temp will be in the upper 60's to mid 70's. USAT rules will apply.
- Bike: Xterra MT Bike Course, 10 miles - Well marked course, you can't get lost. This Course has had many notable pros ride it in the past. Tomac, Overend, Ricatello, Pigg,... They all love it. 80% single track, 20% double. This thing has it all. Some sections are tight and twisty, others are big chain ring, a couple of knurly little downhill's, climbing, rocks roots and trees.... Man this thing is fun!!!!!
- Run: Xterra Run 3.5mi - Combination of single track and forest road. Several creek crossings, a few obstacles and undulating terrain.
- Directions To Race: From I-20 take exit 86 (hwy 33 north) approx 3 miles. Entrance to Lincoln Parish Park will be on your Left. Large Sign prior to access road.

- Swim: 150-meter pool swim at the health club facility.
- Bike Course: This course takes you past sweet potato farms, in front of century old Stonewood Plantation, past “The Little Red Church” founded in 1896, down scenic Flag Station Road and across the upper portion of Coteau Ridge which was the western bank of the mighty Mississippi River hundreds of years ago!
- Run Course: This is an out back run along quiet, shaded streets named Honeysuckle, Camelia, Wysteria, Magnolia and Marigold and you finish back at the health club.
- Directions from I-10 East or West & I-49 South:: Take exit 103A in Lafayette and go north on I-49 for 18 miles to exit 18 at Creswell Lane in Opelousas. Take exit ramp, turn left (west) onto Creswell Lane and follow Creswell Lane to 3rd light at intersection with La. Hwy. 182. Turn left (south) on La. Hwy 182 and go 1 mile to Heather Drive. Turn left on Heather Drive, health club on right.
- Directions from I-49 North: From Shreveport, Alexandria, etc., go south on I-49. Take exit 18 at Creswell Lane in Opelousas. Take exit ramp, turn right (west) onto Creswell Lane and follow Creswell Lane to 3rd light at intersection with La. Hwy. 182. Turn left (south) on La. Hwy. 182 and go1 mile to Heather Drive. Turn left on Heather Drive, health club on right.

- Course Info: The CajunMan Triathlon begins at Airport Lake with a 1/2 mile swim. Competitors then race down scenic Bayou Tortue Road for a 20 mile bike. The bike course consists of a mostly flat route with some rolling hills and challenging turns. Leaving the bike/run transition, competitors will complete the triathlon with a flat 3.1 mile run on the airport grounds. The swim course is 800 meters and is a point-to-point swim. The swim start is adjacent to the transition area. You will start at this location swim counter clock-wise and exit the water as we have done in the past (on the barge).
- Directions To Race: The race will be held in Lafayette, Louisiana at beautiful and clean Airport Lake (home of the 1995 and 1997 NCAA Water Ski Champions – ULL Ragin’ Cajuns). The race site is located off Hwy. 90 South (S.E. Evangeline Thruway) directly behind the Cypress Tree Inn, adjacent to the Lafayette Regional Airport.

- Triangular shaped swim course in Toledo Bend Reservoir, wetsuits allowed. Water temp should be 68-72F.
- Rolling bike route on great pavement, with two 4-mile out & back sections with several bigass hills. Challenging, but not as challenging as the...
- Run: Approx. 50% on road, 50% off road, the off road sections feature large and steep hills, and such things call "The Pit of Despair". Don't let the name fool you, it's an extremely non-"flat & fast" course.
- More: This is intended to be a fun and challenging event, and it is. Read the reviews on www.holytoledotri.com.
- Lots of food, foamy beverages, and war story-swapping after the event.
- Finisher shirts, mugs and dog-tags for the surviviors.
- If it rains, the fun will multiply by a factor of 7.
