- Course Info: This is course is candy! Swim with the river's current in your favor, it could be your fastest time swim time ever. The bike route is a well known local loop with flats, rollers, and beautiful scenery. Seventy percent of the run is on dirt trails that parallel the river only 10 feet from the water. You will never get board with this exciting course. Enjoy!

- This is a very competetive flat fast honest course, with great prizes and community support. Come visit Emmett, Idaho, Just outside of Boise. This is a great family event, with a sprint race for younger age groups and newbies.

The RUSH Olympic and Sprint Triathlons

- Sprint ::: Swim ½ mile, Bike 12.5 miles, Run 3.1 miles

- Course Info: Olympic Distance
- SWIM: The swim will take place at Rainbow Lake, located just south of Rexburg off of Hwy 20 (GET MAP). The swim will be 1 mile in length and is approximately 1 1/4 times around the lake. Expect water temperatures to be near 65 - 71 degrees. Wet suits are required.
- BIKE: The bike leg (24.8 miles) will take you on a challenging but fair tour up along the Rexburg bench through the dry farms, down to Sugar City and finally to Porter Park in Rexburg. The course is flat for the first three miles followed by 10 miles of rolling hills and a few good climbs. The final 12 miles is relatively flat. Water will not be provided on the bike leg.
- RUN: All 6.2 Miles is flat. The course runs along parts of Rexburgs trail system, through several residential areas, around one of the city parks on a loop that will finish back at Porter Park. Water stations will be available every mile.
- Course Info: Sprint Distance
- SWIM: The swim will take place at Rainbow Lake, located just south of Rexburg off of Hwy 20. The swim will be 1/2 mile in length. Expect water temperatures to be near 65 - 71 degrees. Wet suits are required.
- BIKE: The bike leg (12.5 miles) is flat for the first 7 miles followed by a 1/2 mile steady climb and rolling hills for the next 3 miles after that. The final 2 miles is downhill or flat. Water will not be provided on the bike leg.
- RUN: The 3.1 mile course runs along parts of Rexburgs trail system, through several residential areas on a loop that will finish back at Porter Park. Water stations will be set up at miles 1 & 2.
- Directions To Race:
- Coming North - 1/2 hour north of Idaho Falls on Hwy 20, take the 1st Rexburg exit, turn left under the Hwy 20 overpass. Turn left at the stop sign and drive 1 mile to Rainbow Lake.
- Coming South - Take the South Rexburg exit (3rd exit), turn right. At the stop sign, turn left and drive 1 mile to Rainbow lake.
