    Run: 1 mile

    Location: Deerpoint Lake, North of Panama City, Florida. The triathlon will begin and end at the High Point Boat Launch at the end of County Rd.2311, off County Rd, 2321.
    Start Time: 7:00 A.M. CDT (8:00 EDT)
    Race Day: Registration and packet pickup 5:30 to 6:45. Pre race briefing at 6:45

    An Approved ANSI or SNELL hard shell helmet is required for the bike portion of the race
    NO WET SUITS
    No flotation devices or swim fins

Beverages and snacks will be available after the race for the participants, their famlies and frends
