Trans fats are one of the three major types of fats: saturated, unsaturated and trans. It is considered to be the unhealthiest of them all. This type of fat is commonly found in fried foods, especially fast foods, baked pastries etc. Trans fat increases your LDL (“bad” cholesterol) levels.
