2013 McMinnville Parks & Rec Sprint Triathlon:

The fourth annual McMinnville Parks & Rec Sprint Triathlon.
Come once again and enjoy beautiful Upper City Park.
Participate or cheer on your friends then enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shops located in downtown McMinnville.

Course Information:

swim

Swim:

The swim will be a 500 yard indoor pool.

8 lanes, 25 yard pool.

We also have a small 20 yard pool that we put slower swimmers in.

Bike:

The bike will be 13.1 miles through Lower City Park out onto quiet city streets and out into Yamhill County.

Out and back, very flat and very fast.

Heavily patroled by Police and volunteers.

Run:

The run is flat and fast with one very small hill, finishing in the beautiful setting of Upper City Park.
