SWIM-1.5 K (.93 mile)
Peconic River swim with time trial start; water temperature 69-72 degrees.
BIKE- 40K (24.8 Miles)
An AWESOME one lap bike course, mostly flat with a couple of rolling hills.
RUN-10 K (6.2 miles)
A 2 lap fast, flat course through the heart of downtown Riverhead with a dramatic finish in front of the historic Suffolk Theatre. Water stops will be at every 1 mile.
