2014 Five Mile Lake Triathlon:

Take advantage of a mainly flat and fast course in the Five Mile Lake Triathlon.

Course Information:

The Sprint starts with a 14 mile swim in the mineral Five Mile Lake.

Followed by a two-loop (14 mile) bike through mainly residential roads with some small rollers.

Finish with a 3.1 mile run which follows a portion of the bike course.

Or compete in the Super Sprint, with a 200M swim, 7 mile bike (same course) and the 3.1 mile run.
