2014 Mystic River Valley Sprint Triathlon:

  • 29th Annual Mystic River Valley Triathlon.
  • Sprint distance triathlon in Mystic Connecticut.
  • This Triathlon event can be entered as an individual or a team of 2 or 3.
  • Teams will have to pass off their timing chip within the transition area.

    • Course Information:


  • The half mile open water swim is a triangular course around buoys in the Mystic River with multiple waves.
  • The bike is a 14.4 mile loop through Stonington-Mystic which is mainly flat with some small, quick hills.
  • The run is a flat out and back 3 mile course through Mason's Island.

  • Mystic is in southeastern Connecticut, 15 miles east of New London Connecticut, and 8 miles west of Westerly Rhode Island
