2014 University Health Club Indoor Triathlon:
This is a time-based triathlon.
Triathletes will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, & run for 20 minutes.
The events are scored by distance acheived.
Great for the experienced and beginner triathlete!
Course Information:
All of the events will be indoors.
The swim will be completed in a 25 meter salt-water swimming pool.
The bike portion, on a LifeCycle GX Indoor Cycle.
The run on a LifeFitness 95t treadmill.
Directions:
We are located on the OU Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City on the northeast corner of 8th and Lincoln.
