Canoe/Kayak Course
2.5-mile loop around Lake Winona, starting at the west end of the lake
Bike Course
14 miles of paved path beginning at Lake Winona, following highways 61 and 43 to Gilmore Valley Road and ending on the Saint Mary's campus
Run Course
3.1 miles of trail through the bluffs surrounding the Saint Mary's campus

Age Requirement
Participants must meet the following age requirements:
Severe Weather Policy
The race will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (i.e., lightning or tornado), the Row Ride Run Committee will:
Logistics
The race will begin at the Lake Winona Lodge, East Lake Winona, Winona, MN. The Lake Lodge will also be the transition area for canoe/kayak to bike. The bike to run transition area will be located at the Saint Mary's University Gazebo, located 100 yeards down the main campus entrance road on the right. Shuttles will be provided to racers for set-up and transportation after the race.
There are a limited number of canoe/kayak rentals provided by Saint Mary's University. Please register early if you are in need of a rental through us. If you register for a canoe/kayak and we run out, your registration fees will be refunded IF your participation is contingent on us providing the canoe/kayak.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given due to injuries, illness, scheduling conflicts or inclement weather.
Awards
Prizes will be given to the fastest male and female individual particpant. The fastest team entry will also be awarded. Gifts from sponsors will be randomly handed out to participants after all racers have finished at the Gazebo located on the Saint Mary's campus.
