2014 INDOOR TRIATHLON
20 MINUTE SWIM. 20 MINUTE RIDE. 20 MINUTE RUN
Ellington, CTOn Sunday, March 2, 2014 the Indian Valley Family YMCA will hold the 4th Annual Indoor Triathlon. Athletes of all ages and abilities will compete in this event where first timers will find a supportive, encouraging environment and get to check this accomplishment off their list! For seasoned athletes this event will be a great addition to their training regimen.
There will be multiple heats of participants who will complete a 20 minute swim, a 20 minute bike, and a 20 minute run. This event allows participants to use their skills at various multi-sport events.
Proceeds from registration fees and sponsorships will benefit the Ys Annual Support Campaign. The Annual Support campaign helps provide financial assistance that supports youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
