Course Information:
If you are looking to bridge the gap between a Sprint Triathlon and an Olympic Triathlon this is the race for you. This is a 2-loop 500m down river swim course. Water temperatures hover in the low 80s and the river depths range from 4-6 feet.
The bike course a flat out and back course along the Columbus Riverwalk and Fort Benning.
The run course takes runners along a scenic flat course through Historic Columbus, GA
