The Fremont Triathlon is a sprint event for all ages and abilities.
Whether you are a first time participant or an experienced triathlete you will have a great time.

- The Fremont Triathlon is a sprint triathlon event.
- Our participants range from first time triathletes to family groups to seasoned competitors.
- We offer a fun, family friendly atmosphere for all of our participants.
- If you're looking to try a triathlon, ours is an excellent one for beginners.
- Come on out and join us in Fremont!
- All participants will receive a dry wick shirt, a swim cap and finishers medals as part of their race packet.
- Prizes will be awarded for top finishers in their age group as well as the top male and female overall winners.
Course Information:
- Use of lifejackets or swim noodles is allowed for the swimming portion of the event.
- Participants will not be penalized for using flotation.
- Your safety is our primary concern.
- Swim: 1/8 mile
- Bike: 11.2 miles
- Run: 2 miles
