Periodic threshold testing in swimming, biking and running to determine appropriate pace, heart rate and power zones.
Counseling in training and race-day nutrition.
Swim stroke analysis in person for local athletes or via video analysis for those farther away.
TriMoxie Multisport Coaching offers individualized coaching for triathlon, running and swimming. We love training, racing and planning for both, and we want to help you do the same. We aim to guide you to success whether your goal is to complete your first sprint triathlon or bring your Ironman racing to the next level; whether you want to run your first 5K, compete in a swim meet, race in multiple triathlons or P.R. in your next marathon.
