Limited Plan:
Schedules are updated about once a month. Plan includes limited e-mail contact. Cost is $120/month with an additional $80 start up charge for the first month - paid by check.

Bronze Plan:
Schedules are updated every two weeks. Plan includes 1 phone consultation a month made by the athlete and includes unlimited e-mail contact and changes to schedule once a month. Cost is $175/month with an additional $80 start up charge for the first month - paid by check.

Silver Plan:
Schedules are updated every two weeks. Plan includes phone consultation every 2 weeks made by the athlete as well as unlimited e-mail contact and changes in schedule twice a month, if needed.
Cost is $200/month with an additional $80 start up charge for the first month - paid by check.

Gold Plan:
Schedules are updated every week. Plan includes 1 phone consultation every week made by the athlete as well as unlimited e-mail contact and unlimited changes in schedule as needed.
Cost is $300/month with an additional $80 start up charge for the first month - paid by check.

Austin Fit's Top 10 FIttest People in Austin for 2011. Hollie Kenney is the Masters swimming coach for the Red Giants Masters and a USA Triathlon certified coach. After competing as a swimmer in her early youth years, the running bug set in. Competing in Cross County, Indoor Track and Track and Field at Dulaney High School, Hollie was the first athlete ever to graduate with 12 varsity letters. In addition, she earned 16 county titles, and was runner up in the State championships 3 consecutive years and was second at the Cross Country Nationals in 1988. In 2005, she was inducted into the Dulaney Hall of Fame. After High School, Hollie went on for another 12 varsity seasons at Duquesne University where she broke the school's mile record (4:54.06). During her freshman year in college, she signed up for her first triathlon (Baltimore Bud Light 1991) and finished 3rd in her age group. The former Head Cross Country, Track and Swimming coach at the Johns Hopkins University, Hollie is now a 17 time All American and former Professional Triathlete (2002-2008). 6 time Ironman finisher, which includes 2 podium finishes at the Ironman Hawaii World Championships, a top 5 at Ironman Lake Placid, course record holder at the Rogue Women's Tri and Waco Tri as well as winner of over three dozen triathlons world wide.....
