Jennifer coaches full time and writes customized workouts for each athlete based on their time, limiters, strengths and specific race plans. Jennifer will help each athlete set up annual race plans and manages the workouts daily and weekly for each athlete. Very customized per person!
Jennifer coaches all levels of triathletes and runners and ALL distances from sprints to Ironman...and from 5ks to Ultra run races!
Jennifer has been coaching athletes of all levels for over 12 years. Jennifer enjoys working with super busy athletes that are trying to balance real life with training and racing! Jennifer is a USAT Level 2 certified coach and a Swim Coach as well. She has coached hundreds of athletes to successful races and Ironmans over the years!
