Lisa began coaching age-group and master swimmers and runners professionally in 1989. After earning a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology in 1993 at the University of Southern Mississippi, she added triathlete coaching to her offerings and has been doing so ever since.

Lisa coaches all levels of athletes, from true beginners to professionals. Lisa's special talent is personally connecting with the athletes she works with. She is skilled in constructing tailored training programs for her athletes that helps them achieve their short and long term goals.
