I train and work with athletes of all levels and abilities.  Specializing in working with Jr. athletes.

American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer ™, certified USA Cycling Coach, certified Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) (XC) Nordic Ski Instructor with more than 14 years of coaching experience.  Winter and Summer Triathlete, XC Ski Racer, Cyclist and Runner - Laura holds multiple coaching certifications, a wealth of experience and knowledge, and personal liability insurance.   In the winter of 2011 - Laura won her age group in both the Rangeley Lakes 25 K Loppet Skate Ski Race and the 15KM Mt. Washington Cup Skate Race. 

Laura qualified in January 2008 for the ITU World Winter Triathlon Championships in Germany by winning all three of the winter triathlon/duathlon races in New England. She qualified again in January 2009 and competed in the ITU World Winter Triathlon Championships in Austria. In February 2009, she was the only American age-group female to compete the World Winter Triathlon Championships in Austria. Laura won the silver medal in her age group and placed 5th overall in the world in the women’s race. She also posted the fastest women’s ski race split on the course with no waxing support or assistance.

Laura is a three time New England Jr. National XC Ski Team Coach at the Junior Olympics/Nationals. She has coached for the state of Maine and NH at regional competitions such as Eastern High School Championships and the J2 Championships for Nordic Skiing.

One of her current athletes is the top Jr. Triathlete in New England.
