Exercise testing and training level determination
· Analysis of previous performances
· Specific training advice to improve weaknesses
· Determination of training schema (Periodization or non)
· Monthly workout schedules, adjusted on a daily basis as needed
· Athlete/Coach communication by e-mail on a daily basis as needed
· Athlete/Coach communication by phone daily as needed
· Event specific race planning including nutrition, pacing, strategy, etc.
· Weekly analysis of training logs and power/heart rate files
· Dietary analysis and recommendations
· Local athletes are eligible for 1:1 sessions with their coach 2 x per quarter
