My services include individualized performance plans for multisport events designed to bring out your best performance as well as having a great experience for you and your family.    This includes unlimited communication with me, an interactive online program and communication, technique development, race planning / scheduling, mental preparation, proper fueling, experience preparation for each venue you choose & (of course) workouts.

Rules: As a certified official who has marshaled at the World Championships and has been the head ref at several races - I can teach you how to race safely, cleanly and use the rules to your strategic advantage.

Power: My training with power workouts have helped several people capture championships or at the very least - improve significantly.  One of my athletes started with me at an FTP (functional threshold power) of 220 in October of 2009 and is now riding at an FTP of 350 (March, 2011).

Heart Rate: I'll show you how to use heart rate as a guide along with pace.

I don't charge extra to film you or workout with you (*If we can get our schedules to match up. **No charge for time. Interstate travel not included.)

I cater to cowards!  I will help you get comfortable in the water - especially for mass starts.

My role is to shorten your learning curve and help you have the best possible race experience.
