Started participating in endurance sports (swimming and running) at a very young age, became competitive as an age group runner in college. Started competing in triathlons in college. Hold one National Title and have competed in two National Championships. Will be representing Team USA at the ITU Sprint World Championship in Beijing in 2011. Have had multiple athletes win spots on Team USA and achieve National Titles. I believe coaching is a combination of art and science, and every individual athlete requires a different approach and a different plan. There is no formula that is right for everyone. Individual attention is key.
