Jills degree is in chemical engineering but her focus the past ten years has been on raising her three young daughters. In addition to her coaching position at Performance Coaching Services, she is also a Wellness Coach for US Corporate Wellness, where she helps her clients meet their health and wellness goals. She competed in triathlons during her teenage years and then focused on bike racing, skiing and rugby while attending college at MIT. She resumed triathlon training and racing in her early thirties. Since that time she has competed in Duathlon World Championships and is a two-time finisher of the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, FL. Jill has completed the Lake Placid Ironman twice and has also finished 13 half-ironman distance races. She has many age-group and several overall wins for local sprint triathlon and duathlon races. Twice she has been the overall female winner of the FIRM triathlon Grand Prix race series. In 2006 and 2008, Jill was the USAT Northeast Regional Champion for Duathlon in her age group and was an All-American Honorable Mention in her age group for triathlon in 2007 and 2009. She is a member of the Cyclonaut Multisport Club. Jill makes it a priority to balance her family life with her intense training schedule and she enjoys helping others do the same.
