Injuries and training go hand in hand. Performance in any sport directly relates to how your body responds, adapts, and recovers to the stresses placed on it during competition, and more importantly, during training.


Your head coach, Jeffrey Banas, is also a Doctor. This is where we separate ourselves from all the other coaches out there. We are able to quickly evaluate, treat, and modify your training program depending on how your body is responding to the stresses placed on it. This is something that other coaches simply can not do.
