As well as Competing in
Triathlon he has coached several junior Triathletes' as well as played
and coached Australian Rules Football.
Since 2003 Rob has worked
as a Personal Trainer, mainly focusing on endurance athletes.
In order for Rob to offer his services, knowledge and
experience, he requires a commitment to having Metabolic Vo2 testing and
the use of a heart rate monitor to help you monitor and achieve your
