As your coach I act as your personal consultant - to guide your training and help you achieve your endurance goals. After an introductory interview I design a training plan which fits in with your lifestyle and I make continual adjustments to keep pace with your fitness level and changing work/family/travel schedule. I offer technical, nutritional and equipment advice and provide you with tips and tricks to make your next race faster. I'm with you every step of the way.
I am also available to to work with you in person or on a one off basis. Services include:
swim, bike or run technique
one-off goal setting or consulting
A good triathlon training program is a sustainable one. One that becomes a lifestyle, not a burden. A consultative approach ensures training fits with your individual schedule, strengths and personality. My experience as a successful amateur athlete has bought me an understanding of the constraints of working people but also the possibilities of a properly managed program.
