As your coach I act as your personal consultant - to guide your training and help you achieve your endurance goals. After an introductory interview I design a training plan which fits in with your lifestyle and I make continual adjustments to keep pace with your fitness level and changing work/family/travel schedule. I offer technical, nutritional and equipment advice and provide you with tips and tricks to make your next race faster. I'm with you every step of the way.
