Come in for a FREE ONE-HOUR CONSULTATION to learn more about In Training's 4 and 8-session training packages. These packages include swim, bike and run coaching, transition training, nutrition counseling and also includes a custom written training plan based on your fitness level and your race schedule. In Training specializes not only on one-on-one coaching, but also coaches pairs/couples and small groups. In Training also is Utah's first Computrainer Multi-Rider Center.

Specialities:

 In Training focuses on form and technique for the swim (including open-water), bike and run. Then from there integrate endurance, intervals and speed. In Training is determined to make you the best well-rounded triathlete that you can be. Whether you're competing at a "recreational" level, or a highly "competitive" level, In Training does it all!

Background:

In Training LLC is owned and operated by David Pruetz, Utah's first stand-alone full-time triathlon coaching center. David has been a USA Triathlon Certified Coach since 2003 and a Certified Fitness Trainer since 1999. David has coached over 600 athletes of all levels over the past 8 years, from "newbie's to "Ironman" athletes. As for David's racing background, he has competed in over 60 triathlons over the past 11 years, including the USA Triathlon National Championships, several Half and Full Ironman races and the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. David's coaching philosophy is to truly challenge his athletes but not forget to have a great time along the way. David is also a "full-time" coach which means that he coaches up to 12 hours a day, starting as early as 5 a.m. and ending in the early evening, and weekends as well..
