Coached Swim Workouts at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Pool. Get immediate feedback on your technique, do drills to improve your stroke, and enjoy a structured workout to prepare you for your next races. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. $15 each session or $100 for one month.

of running and cross-training in the pool and bike, triathlon was the
next natural step. Gerardo has finished over 60 triathlons since 2004,
including 14 Half-Ironman distance races and competed at Ironman
Western Australia in 2005, Ironman Austria in 2008, and Ironman Brazil
in 2010. In 2007, he qualified for the Ironman World Championship
