Background: In 2002, Dr. Banas found himself a 33 year old 6'2' docotor weighing close to 270 pounds. Knowing the consequences his weight would have on his future, Dr. Banas began studying the sport of Triathlon. In less than a year, Dr. Banas was able to lose over 60 pounds. And in 2006, became a true FATMAN to IRONMAN, finishing the Arizona Ironman. Dr. Banas, a USA Certified Triathlon Coach, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Sports Chiropractor, and a Ironman Triathlon Finisher, now uses his knowledge of Sports Medicince and Strength and Conditioning to you get to where you feel you need to be.
