Beginner and intermediate level triathlete--Tri Zones Training offers camaraderie and support while helping you build a solid base for the upcoming triathlon season.
USAT Certified Triathlon Coach and is also a Heart Zones Certified Triathlon Coach and Orange Jersey Master Trainer. Over 20 years experience in fitness training and is also an ACE certified personal trainer. I have been competing in triathlons, from Sprint to 1/2 IronMan since 1997. Head Coach of the first Team Danskin Training in Austin in 2002 and continue coaching Team Dankin thru 2007. 2006-2007: Team Danskin Training National Senior Coach, developing programs for Team Danskin Training nationwide. My love and passion for the sport continues to be the beginenr and Intermeatie level triathlete. Whether you are just starting out with your first triathlon, or you have done a few tri's and you are ready to get back in the saddle this season, we welcome all abilities in Tri Zones Training. Tri Zones Training utilizes heart rate training -- we apply training zones to the building blocks of triathlon training - speed work, strength work, steady state work, and recovery.
