Individual triathlon training for athletes of all level and group triathlon training for beginners.

Beginner programs focus on the true beginner, those that have little to no experience in swim bike run.  These programs run about four months,  Sprint Triathlon.  Option of personal small groups toward any chosen triathlon the group wishes to train for throughout the year.

Training includes progressive work toward each discipline, working on effective & efficient training, bricks, practice races, nutrition guidance, importance of recovery, mental training.  It's the full package for the beginner to learn optimal training while enjoying the experience all the way through the finish line.

Individual training includes ongoing assessment, program design & instruction based on each triathletes needs and goals.  Any level individually, from beginners to advanced and each program is customized to maximize performance while minimizing injury risk. 

All levels for individual training. Specialty for beginners who never thought they could become a triathlete, to cross the finish line of their first triathlon (in group or individual setting).  Run training also available from beginner through marathon programs.

Emily is a ITCA certified triathlon coach, endurance fitness coach, personal trainer and sports yoga instructor. She is the regional trainer for Faithfully Fit, able to certify other fitness professionals in the area.  She has been in the fitness field for 23 years and is the owner of OnTrack Fitness (10 years), a mobile fitness company in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Emily has been a triathlete (sprint and olympic distance races) for over 15 years & has won 1st place in her age group in sprint triathlons.  She is also a marathon runner and works with runners as well as triathletes, focusing on 'optimal training' for all clients.
