Depending on your personal preference and your goals, I can work with you one-on-one or in group fitness settings. Lifetime Fitness offers many important individual evaluations (e.g., metabolic testing) and group training (tri team, run club, bike club, and masters swim classes) opportunities.
Joining the Lifetime Fitness team brought together my experiences, which include strength, conditioning, swimming, biking, and running with my passion, sharing what I know with new and developing athletes and triathletes.
With an extensive sports related lifestyle, I swam in high school, running in the US Marines and having played rugby for KCRFC for 20 years. I started doing triathlons and endurance races.
If you want help with your first 5k, 10k half/ full marathon or your first triathlon, whether your goal is to finish your first race or shave minutes off your PR, I can help.
Together we will work on increasing your strength and endurance, maintaining proper nutrition, and improving your stride, cadence, and/or swim stroke.
