Long Trail Multisport offers one-on-one coaching tailored to fit the goals and lifestyles of the athletes we assist. The program is designed to provide not only a carefully personalized training schedule for each athlete, the program is also designed to be flexible. As your goals change, or your situation changes – the program changes with you. As your fitness level improves and your life evolves, your training will have the flexibility to move with you.
With short- and long-term programs to provide support and training for a variety of goals and schedules, Long Trail Multisport athletes will develop a training plan that will not only take the training and athletic goals into consideration, but also how it needs to be incorporated into the rest of your life to create a successful plan, and maintain the life-work-sport balance.
Both short- and long-term plans include initial evaluations, and on-going evaluations to ensure a productive and goal-oriented training plan that is flexible and well-integrated with work and family life. At the conclusion of the training season, athlete and coach will review and evaluate progress and results of the season.
